For Dollhouse, this was a surprisingly inoffensive episode.

So, after ep 10, where I liked the main plot stuff but hated tons of the character stuff, the weeklong break between episodes of Dollhouse had my main interest in this week's ep being the somewhat conflicted fannish threesome with prozacpark   and artillie  while I watched.

Then I saw this spoiler pic for episode 13.

I am easy.

Which is probably an association I should take note of.

Anyway, I've been cranky all day and part of last night because I've hate a headache since late last night (which I suspect has led to a few instances of repeatedly sticking my foot firmly in my mouth), though it did go away for a bit.  Now, when I say "headache," I don't mean something that ( Read more... )

Dollhouse stealth cancelation?

You know, the last show I watched as it was airing was Dresden Files, which also had a stealth cancelation that dragged out for months.  Maybe my actually watching when everyone else is watching kills shows?  Before that, I think, was Dark Angel.  (I haven't watched shows as they were airing much since high school.  ( Read more... )

Probably not news to many, but apparently, Fox is leaning towards renewing Dollhouse, and cancelling Sarah Connor Chronicles.

Granted, I have yet to see any of s2 of SCC-spoil and suffer terrible consequences too creative for me to think of right now-but this does not help with my faith in humanity.  Or Network TV.

So, I have now slept on the latest episode. Just like I’ve slept on Speed Grapher’s having a dentist explaining a tooth extraction in a way that made you think you were watching a pornographic rape. And you know, Dollhouse is still the less skeevy of the two by far. But now I have more thoughts!
